Description

Job Summary:
The position is for a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) in a Urology Clinic located in Medford, Oregon. This role requires a qualified RN to provide specialized urology care, including repeated daily catheterization of male and female patients as well as Supra pubic catheter changes. Candidates are required to bring their Oregon nursing license on the first day of work. The position is available for immediate start and involves high-level clinical responsibilities in a busy outpatient setting.

  • Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand upon start, 1 year of clinical experience, proficiency in Foley catheter insertion/management, patient assessment skills, charting experience with EPIC Electronic Patient Records system, and current certifications (Basic Life Support (BLS)).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Oncologic certification (ONC Cert) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Additional Information: Candidates should have the ability to perform high-quality urologic procedures including urinary catheterization of males and females, Supra pubic catheter changes, and familiarity with required clinical protocols. Flexibility to work with patient diagnoses such as prostate, bladder, kidney cancers, and other urological conditions. Candidates must be willing to work during specified holidays and adhere to scheduled RTO requests.
