Job Summary:
An Operating Room (OR) Circulator Nurse position is available in Georgia. This role involves providing specialized patient care in the surgical environment, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Georgia
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) or 5x8-hour days (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
• Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) experience
  • Certifications as applicable
  • Valid Georgia nursing license or eligible for licensure in Georgia
  • Experience working in Robotics, Orthopedic (Ortho), General, and Obstetrics-Gynecology (OB-GYN) surgeries
  • Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Position duration of approximately 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible
  • Call responsibilities include three 1st calls, three 2nd calls, and one weekend in a six-week schedule
  • Responsibilities include pulling supplies/equipment, scrubbing, assisting during surgical cases, maintaining communication with families, and supervising personnel
  • Scrub color: Hospital provided
  • No floating required beyond schedules specified
  • General comments indicate blocked scheduling and a scope of circulating cases only with a patient ratio of 1:1 across nine beds
  • No 48-hour guarantees available
