Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), located in Bridgeton, Missouri. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a dedicated ICU setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Bridgeton, Missouri
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (ACLS required only if CIRH), along with a minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience.

• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops and implements individualized care plans, and participates in multidisciplinary team conferences. Initiates discharge planning from the day of admission and provides patient and family education. Demonstrates leadership by supervising ancillary staff, ensuring safety protocols, and managing resources effectively. Maintains communication with the healthcare team to support patient safety and quality outcomes. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities after orientation and actively pursues ongoing professional development.
