Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid Missouri license or compact state license (no issuance if tied to another compact state), 2 years of experience in telemetry or stroke care background, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, experience with post cardiac catheterization care, familiarity with post stroke and step-down patients, proficiency in EPIC charting, and capacity to float between multiple facilities as needed
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients, including neuro spine, general surgery, wounds, diabetic, and COVID-19 patients, and prior charge nurse experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required to medical-surgical units and intensive care units
• Additional Information: The position involves working with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The unit provides care for adult and geriatric populations, with an average daily census of 29 patients.
