Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) focused on Medical Surgical (Med Surg) patient care at a healthcare facility in Weatherford, Texas. This position involves providing safe and therapeutic nursing care to patients on a Medical Surgical unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Weatherford, TX

• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license; Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification; 2+ years of relevant Med Surg and hospital experience; Experience using Meditech documentation system
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Meditech documentation system is preferred
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves performing procedures such as IV initiation, dressing changes, Foley catheter management, and patient assessments. The nurse must demonstrate competence in patient experience skills, including patience, bedside reporting, and service recovery. Uniform requirements include navy blue scrubs with facility embroidery; adherence to personal appearance and body art policies is expected.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Procedures performed on unit: General Med Surg, IV initiation, Foley management, dressing changes, patient assessments
