Description

Job Summary:
An Operating Room Nurse position is available in Plano, Texas. This role involves working in a busy surgical setting with a focus on orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Location: Plano, TX
Position Type: Operating Room Nurse
Specialty: Operating Room
Schedule: Mon-Thur 9:00 PM 7:00 AM, with 10-hour and 12-hour shift options, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications in relevant nursing specialties, education and degree requirements as per state licensing, and no minimum years of experience are specified.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma procedures is preferred.
Additional Information: The unit operates 24/7 with call required. The position involves working in a surgical environment with a patient ratio of 1:1. The unit uses the Meditech electronic medical record system.
