Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Inpatient Renal Dialysis is needed in Tallahassee, Florida. The position involves providing dialysis care in a teaching hospital setting, with responsibilities including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Tallahassee, Florida
- Specialty: Dialysis Unit
- Schedule: 9-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Florida license (or compact) required; BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum of 4 years of clinical experience including at least 2 years of acute inpatient dialysis experience; prior travel experience; teaching hospital experience; EMR experience with EPIC training during the second half of the day at orientation.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:2 on the unit and 1:1 at the bedside. Call requirement is 4 days per week and every other weekend.
