Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required prior to first shift (CIRH only); a minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience; valid nursing license; Ohio state nursing licensure; no minimum experience specified for other credentialing
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document patient responses accurately, participate in patient rehabilitation programs, initiate discharge planning, and ensure patient safety. The role includes supervising ancillary staff, maintaining communication with management, and participating in team-building activities. The RN will assume charge responsibilities following orientation and pursue ongoing professional development.
