Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a shift in Sacramento, California. The role involves providing specialized care in the Labor and Delivery department, with a focus on high-risk obstetric patients. Candidates are required to bring their valid nursing license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

Location: Sacramento, California
Specialty: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Department
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: One (1) year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in nursing; graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of care; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (A neonatal Resuscitation Program); and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field; five (5) or more years of recent experience (within the last two [2] years) in Labor and Delivery; one (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two [2] years; high-risk OB experience preferred.
Additional Information: Enable Skills-Based Hiring: No. Qualification Assessment: Must have license and certifications.
Authorization to work must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to submit relevant certifications and licenses prior to assignment start date.
