Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cardiac Cath Lab) is sought in Cortlandt Manor, New York. The position involves working in a critical environment requiring specific skills and certifications. Candidates must bring their New York State registered nurse license on the first day of employment. The role offers a consistent schedule with a shift time of 11.5 hours from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and candidates are expected to work a minimum of 34.5 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Cortlandt Manor, New York
• Required Qualifications: BSN degree, two years of recent experience in the specialty within the last three years, New York State registered nurse license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification for critical units, and COVID-19 vaccination prior to start date.
• Schedule: 11.5 hours per shift, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a minimum of 34.5 hours per week.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS for critical units
• Experience: Two years of recent experience in the specialty or local New York City experience; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and skills checklist matching the required skill set.
• Additional Information: The candidate should be willing to float to areas within acuity. Scrubs consist of navy bottoms with white tops or all white attire, with appropriate footwear. This position does not require float rotation.
• Submission Requirements: Voice Advantage interview required, along with nurse manager screening/interview.
