Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (ICU) position available in Gardner, Massachusetts. The role involves providing critical patient care within the Intensive Care Unit, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions to meet patient needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Gardner, Massachusetts
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, Days
- Hours per Week: 36 hours minimum
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license; active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire or within 60 days; minimum of 1 year medical-surgical experience preferred; previous telemetry experience required; ICU experience preferred; CCRN certification preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience and CCRN certification.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves providing comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, interventions, medication administration, and patient monitoring within the ICU setting, following established protocols and standards.
