Dialysis Nurse position available in Hazel Crest, Illinois, within a dialysis unit. The role involves providing inpatient acute dialysis care and requires candidates to bring their professional license on the first day. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of dialysis experience.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS; 5+ years of dialysis experience; experience with inpatient acute dialysis; ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips; proficiency with Fresenius T or K machines; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system; ability to perform phlebotomy.
• Schedule: Starts at 0700, with call shifts of 0730-1900 twice a week and one Sunday per month; weekend rotation every other Saturday; every other shift requires manager approval for time off.
• Support on the Unit: Charge nurse may take patient assignments; resource nurse available at night and floats between units; OT, PT, ST available during the week.
• Additional Information: One shift orientation; adherence to scrub color policy (navy); free employee parking; no artificial fingernails or extenders when providing direct patient care; natural nail tips kept less than one inch long.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
