Job Summary
The Outpatient Nephrology Nurse position is located in Farmington, Connecticut. This outpatient clinic role involves working in an outpatient nephrology clinic setting, with a focus on caring for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

• Specialty: Clinic (No Specific Specialty)
• Shift: 8 Hour Days 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Epic experience required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience; Experience with chronic kidney disease (CKD) preferred; Location in the United States; Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CKD patients.
• Schedule: 8 Hour Days 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position does not require weekends, on-call duties, or major holidays. During the assignment, the nurse is considered part of the unit staff and may be required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage.
