Description

Job Summary
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) at a healthcare organization in Atlanta, GA. This position involves providing skilled nursing care in a Head and Neck Surgery unit that cares for patients with tracheostomies and laryngectomies. Candidates must possess a Georgia or Compact license and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Job Details

Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid Georgia or Compact licensure, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience in a surgical or acute care setting, experience working with tracheostomy and laryngectomy patients, ability to efficiently care for post-operative ENT patients
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in head and neck surgery or ENT units is highly preferred
Additional Information: The position requires a skilled surgery RN familiar with caring for patients with complex airway needs in a specialized ENT unit. Parking is available for $50 per month.
