Description

Job Summary:
The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatric Oncology located in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves working within a medical oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant unit, with a focus on pediatric hematology/oncology patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This assignment is scheduled for 13 weeks, beginning July 7, 2026, with night shifts from 5:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Job Details:

  • Specialty: Pediatric Hematology Oncology
  • Location: Aurora, Colorado
  • Schedule: 12-Hour Nights, 1845 PM 0715 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Pediatric Registered Nurse experience; minimum 1 year Hematology / Oncology / Bone Marrow Transplant experience; experience with ports and central line access/care; certifications include BLS (AHA or ARC) and APHON Chemo/Bio Certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: CPHON and BMT Certification are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Travel: Travel required, with a bill rate of $95.00 per hour and local rate of $85.50 per hour.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required, including levels 6, 8, 9, 10, CPCU, NICU, North Campus, and South Campus.
  • Additional Information:
    • Every other weekend (Friday and Saturday nights)
    • No on-call required
    • Must work at least one of three winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
    • No holiday RTO, and no RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
    • Medical or religious flu exemption requests are allowed if submitted with the application.
