Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator in Naples, Florida. This travel position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day of employment. The RN will be responsible for providing patient care in the operating room, working closely with surgical teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Job Details:

• Location: Naples, Florida
• Schedule: Days (6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) with call; shift hours may vary based on patient volume
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience with strength in Orthopedic (Ortho), Neurology (Neuro), Robotics, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), General Surgery, Urology; Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience required; CNOR certification preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required between campuses.
• Additional Information: The RN will demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in surgical patient care, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel to ensure optimal outcomes and efficient case management. Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, case timeliness, communication with families, updating physician preference cards, assisting during surgical procedures, and supervising patient care staff.
