Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Johnstown, Pennsylvania
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification (CIRH only) prior to first shift; minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, and participates in patient education and discharge planning. Maintains accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses. Provides direct patient care, supervises ancillary staff, and contributes to a positive work environment through team-building activities. Maintains communication with management regarding supplies, equipment, and training needs, and assumes charge responsibilities following orientation.
