Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a position in the operating room at a facility located in Salem, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a Level III Trauma Operating Room within a complex community setting. Candidates will be expected to bring their license on the first day. The position requires rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, with specific call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Location: Salem, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; Day rotation requires rotation to 2-3 evenings per 4-week schedule; Weekend rotation requires 1-2 shifts per 4-week schedule; Rotation is not required for Night shift. Total hours per week: 36 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts RN License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), BSN degree preferred, 2 years of experience working in one location, 2 years of experience as a traveler, experience with Mako and Davinci surgical systems, experience in basic aseptic technique, circulating independently, and multispecialty competence.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN and CNOR certification, scrub experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Scrub experience preferred. One holiday call and 2-3 weekday calls per 4-week schedule; 1-2 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, including call during weekend shifts.
• Patient Population: Pediatric, Adult, & Geriatric.
• Facility Details: 15 beds, approximately 30-40 patients per day, using EPIC electronic medical record system.
