Job Summary:
Anchorage, Alaska - The healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Surgical Technician specializing in operating room procedures in a labor and delivery unit. The candidate must bring their license on the first day. This role involves supporting OB/GYN procedures, including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and various surgeries.
Job Details:
- Specialty: Surgical Technician / Operating Room Technician LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 06/16/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technician certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, required education and experience in operating room procedures within a labor and delivery setting, location in Anchorage, Alaska, and 0 years of minimum experience.
- Additional Information: Knowledge and experience working in labor and delivery settings, advanced skills in neonatal resuscitation, proficiency with EPIC electronic documentation system, and adherence to hospital-specific policies and dress code (scrubs provided).
