Job Summary:

Emergency Department Registered Nurse located in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients on evening shifts. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment. Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Massachusetts nursing license, no minimum years of experience required, residence or work authorization in Massachusetts
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) certification
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
