Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in San Francisco, California. This role involves providing specialized obstetric care within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels. The position requires a committed professional with a strong background in maternal health and delivery room procedures.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: California RN license, AHA ACLS, BLS, NRP certificationsall must be current and in hand at the time of submission; minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, including at least 1 recent year; experience with postpartum care, C-section circulation, high-risk deliveries, and neonatal resuscitation; proficiency with Epic electronic charting system; BSN degree required; other relevant certifications include AWHONN Intermediate and ACLS.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience; ability to float to other facilities within the region; references from recent employment; experience with high acuity patients and complex deliveries.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and have the ability to float within the organization. All RTO requests exceeding 7 days must be approved by management and disclosed at time of submittal. Orientation modules are non-billable and complete prior to start date. Travel pairs and rehire eligibility will be considered.
