Job Summary:
The hospital in Fort Bragg, California, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical Floor position. The successful candidate will deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients and groups of patients, following established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff activities, coordinating care with other disciplines, and utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Fort Bragg, California
- Schedule: Day shift, 0700-1930, 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred
- Minimum experience: 0 years
