Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) position in Johnson City, New York, requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves providing patient care in a medical-surgical float position, with a focus on health promotion, medication administration, and collaborative patient management. Job Details:

• Location: Johnson City, NY
• Specialization: Medical Surgical Float Position
• Shift: 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, every other weekend
• Required Certifications, Education, and Experience: Current NYS RN License, BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross), ACLS, NIHSS (Apex Innovations), graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, nursing experience of 6 months to 3 years, management experience of 0 to 3 years, and a minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience.

• Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
• Additional Requirements: Experience with vents and vasoactive medications, sedative infusions, and use of an electronic medical record system (EPIC).
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and possess current licensure in New York State.
• Submission: Candidates should be prepared to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.
