Job Summary:
The emergency room (ER) registered nurse position is located in Beverly, Massachusetts. This role involves providing acute care in a high-acuity environment, adhering to all clinical protocols and standards. Candidates are required to bring their Massachusetts license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); Massachusetts license or temporary license; at least 2 years of ER experience; must not have worked at the organization within the last 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract); must bring license at onboarding
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high-acuity emergency environment
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours weekly
• Additional Information: Day one pass/fail test will be administered at orientation (one attempt only). Two attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding are required to prepare for onsite testing. The candidate must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed. No local candidates will be considered. A coversheet from the organization is required at the time of submission. No requests for time off (RTO) will be approved.
