A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) located in Naples, Florida. The role involves independently planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in surgical patient care situations according to accepted standards of care, policies, and procedures. The candidate must bring their license on the first day. This position requires delivering direct patient care, demonstrating leadership qualities, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Job Details:

• Location: Naples, Florida
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida; one year of recent OR experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; EPIC experience; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; must pass an EPIC assessment on the first day of assignment.

• Additional Information: The RN must be attentive to assignment activities, anticipate the needs of surgeons and team members, and serve as a preceptor for new employees and students, evaluating their performance. Taking on call will be required.
