Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) in Barre, Vermont. This full-time weekend position involves providing individualized, goal-oriented nursing care in a home health setting. Candidates will serve as Case Managers when applicable and are required to bring their license on the first day. The role supports the delivery of high-quality hospice and home health services to diverse patient populations.

Job Details:

• Location: Barre, Vermont

• Schedule: Thursday to Monday, Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certifications, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Oasis. No minimum years of experience specified.
• Additional Information: This role involves providing care in a community-focused, not-for-profit setting with a focus on holistic health promotion and hospice services. The position is rapid response and requires the candidate to be flexible in floating within the scope of practice as needed.
