Job Summary: Home Health Registered Nurse (HH) Barre, Vermont
Home Health Registered Nurses provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physicians orders. This role also serves as case manager in situations where the nurse is the lead discipline. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week
Responsibilities: Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physicians orders; serve as case manager for cases where this position is the lead discipline
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
