Job Summary:
Surgical Technologist 1 (Operating Room/Surgical Technician) Temple, TX. This role supports the surgical team in the inter-operative phase of patient care by expediting surgical procedures and maintaining a safe, organized operating room environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings; 4x10s, 12:30 PM11:00 PM, TueFri (minimum 40 hours per week)
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA) Only); Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (NBSTSA or NCCT); Successful completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited OR other nationally accredited surgical technologist program until the 180th day after graduation OR successful completion of formal surgical technology training program for surgical technology in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service OR one-year operating room technician program preferred; 2 years minimum experience; well-rounded in trauma, orthopedics, general, plastics, ENT, urology, and robotics
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of formal training program for surgical technology in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service or one-year operating room technician program preferred
