Description

Job Summary: Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) Denver, Colorado
A travel RN is needed to support the Cardiac Cath Lab, performing a variety of procedures across cardiac, vascular, electrophysiology (EP), and congenital service lines, with care for both pediatric and adult patients. The role follows unit guidelines and operates with established team-based staffing to support day shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Active RN license; at least 1 year of current acute care Cath Lab RN experience; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EP; pediatric Cath Lab experience
  • On-Call: On-call may include 15 nights of call per month, with a very small percentage of being called back in for emergency (10%)
  • Responsibilities: Assist in delivering Cath Lab services for procedures including Left Heart Catheterization (LHC), Right Heart Catheterization (RHC), congenital cases, vascular procedures, and electrophysiology (EP) procedures; collaborate with the day shift care team to support unit workflow and maintain positive, productive communication
