Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse (RN) position in Plattsburgh, New York. This role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift schedule is nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

• Required Qualifications: NY license or proof of application with applied date, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). At least 1 year of specialty experience, Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years.
• Schedule: Nights, Monday to Sunday, with at least every other weekend. No block schedules; includes holiday requirements but no call.
• Additional Information: Prior travel experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained, and complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) is required for submission.
