This role delivers coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The position supports patient safety and outcomes by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating care with other disciplines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12 shift hours, with a minimum of 36.0 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Healthcare experience in acute care facility (preferred).
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience.
• Additional Information: Provides coordinated, patient-centered care by collecting and analyzing relevant patient data, developing and implementing nursing interventions, evaluating progress toward outcomes, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment. Supports learning opportunities for patients/family members and team members, participates in discharge planning for continuity of care, and delegates appropriately while coordinating duties of team members. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
