Job Summary: Operating Room (OR) Staff Plano, Texas. The Operating Room Staff role supports surgical services by assisting with daily operating room operations and readiness for scheduled procedures. This position operates on a designated day/night schedule and includes call responsibilities; candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days and call coverage are required with a W-F 11a11p shift; call options are 11p7a (MTh) or 7p7a (Sunday night). Minimum scheduled hours are 36.0 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure (required on the first day); experience requirements are minimum 0 years; skills required for consideration include Orthopedics, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, and Plastics, as well as Trauma.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with skills in Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic trauma/total joint/revisions, Robotics (gyn, colorectal, thoracic, urology), Plastics, and Trauma may be considered first.
• Additional Information: The role supports an Operating Room unit with 24/7 department staffing, and call is required (approximately 56 call shifts per month). The preferred unit focus includes Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic trauma/total joint/revisions, Robotics procedures (gyn, colorectal, thoracic, urology), and Plastics Trauma. Dress code is ceil blue or Royal blue scrub color/attire for nurses.
