Description
Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Augusta, Georgia. This position involves providing direct patient care in the surgical environment, with a focus on intraoperative and circulating experience. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and delivering high-quality care during operative procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift with (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts starting at 10:45 am. On call as needed. Minimum of every other weekend work. Holiday coverage with a minimum of 2 major and 2 minor holidays.
- Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire including RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification, and intraoperative or OR circulating experience. Must have less than 1 year of experience or at least 1 year if noted.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with direct patient care in operating room settings.
- Additional Information: The position requires strong critical thinking, excellent time management, and the ability to respond to emergencies decisively. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing clinical technology and basic computer skills.
