Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nursing position available in King City, California. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care within hospital nursing departments, including Emergency, Medical Surgical/Swing Bed, and Skilled Nursing. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of one year of acute care experience in the past two years, with recent experience in Emergency or Critical Care settings. Candidates must hold a current unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license, along with American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered California RN License; Recent one year acute care experience within the past two years; Six months recent experience in Emergency or Critical Care; Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Teaching Hospital setting; EMR experience with Epic, Allscripts, and Cerner; trauma level experience level I is preferred but not required; travel experience is a plus.
• Additional Information: The position involves floating to various departments as needed, with an understanding of scope-of-practice requirements and expected flexibility. Credentialing should be submitted in one batch, with updates sent collectively once complete.
