Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Bridgton, Maine
The organization is seeking an Emergency Room RN for the Emergency Department to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency setting. This role supports assessment, stabilization, and treatment across an acute emergency patient population. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; ACLS, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIH); at least 2+ years of experience (as stated); ability to perform triage and provide care requiring isolation precautions; demonstrated experience with management of dysrhythmias, starting IVs, phlebotomy, blood product administration, continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, procedural sedation administration, and care for acute conditions including CVA, ortho-trauma, and head injury.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical access experience; NIH, including neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) (preferred, not required).
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Flexibility is required for days, mid-shifts, and nights, as the schedule may vary and there will not be a set number of days assigned to each shift type.
