Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Bridgton, ME. The role supports 24/7 emergency care by assessing patients, performing urgent interventions, and coordinating safe stabilization and transfer as needed. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week. Flexibility may be required for days, mid shifts, and nights, as scheduling may vary.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification; National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; minimum 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical access experience; NIHSS; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Role Responsibilities: Manage dysrhythmias; administer blood products; perform phlebotomy and starting IVs; support continuous IV sedation; administer IV vasopressors; provide procedural sedation administration; care for patients with cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), ortho-trauma, head injury, and related acute emergency conditions; follow isolation precautions; perform triage; participate in care workflows using Cerner.
