Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Pittsfield, Maine
An Emergency Room (ER) Nurse is needed for night shifts at a critical access setting in Pittsfield, Maine. The role supports emergency care across a variety of patient presentations, including medical and injury-related emergencies. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts on an every-other-weekend rotation (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and/or 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), with a schedule cycle of every 6 weeks; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and Emergency Department experience (minimum 3 years of ED experience in a critical access hospital); TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) skills are requested/desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) skills.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing IV-related tasks, managing ventilator support, and supporting EKG needs within the department; charge nurse and phlebotomy support are available per unit operations; free parking is available; holiday expectations are listed.
