Job Summary: Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Johnson City, NY
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, delegating, and evaluating outcomes for a group of patients. The role protects and promotes health by supporting prevention of illness and injury, alleviating suffering, and ensuring care is delivered in compliance with applicable professional standards and regulations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current New York State Registered Nurse License; graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); skills in collaboration, verbal and written communication, judgment/critical thinking, organizational understanding, planning (organizing and time management), problem solving, quality, reliability, safety and risk management; at least six (6) months to three (3) years of Nursing (RN) experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing; CCRN; previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting; relevant skills certification (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by the home unit assigned
• Additional Information: Critical Care Float role; 12 N; 48/week
• Submission Requirements: Submission packet must include an RS cover page, skills, and copies of valid licenses/certifications; remove any company logos
