Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 7:00AM3:30PM; 8 shift hours; minimum 40 hours per week; 5x8 schedule (no call, no weekend or holiday)
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications/Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (AHA); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • License: New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
  • Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital operating room
  • Core Skills/Role Requirements: Ability to scrub (general) and circulate all types of cases; clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans; ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services; ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
  • Clinical Competency Areas: General Surgery (including laparoscopic and robotic), orthopedics/spine/podiatry, urology, ENT, and vascular
