Job Summary:
The Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse position is located in Duluth, Georgia. This role involves providing specialized procedural care within the interventional radiology specialty. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment begins on July 6, 2026, and lasts for 13 weeks.
Job Details:
- Location: Duluth, Georgia
- Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, varying shifts, 4 to 9 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Radiology nursing experience preferred but must be ICU, Emergency Room (ER), or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) trained
- Additional Information: The role involves servicing patients in radiology, often providing intravenous (IV) sedation. Candidates should be experienced in ICU, ER, or PACU settings. Call shifts are required three weekday call shifts per month and one weekend call shift per month.
