Job Summary:
This is a travel Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Thornton, Colorado. The role involves providing specialized critical care to patients in a newly expanded 28-bed ICU unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Thornton, Colorado
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience; Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIH; must meet education and experience requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Meditech experience; TNCC certification is a plus
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, at least 36 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  • Variety of nursing staff in terms of years of experience, with some staff having over 20 years of experience.
  • The unit recently expanded and now cares for 28 ICU patients.
  • Will undergo Level II trauma survey this year.
  • Intensivists are available 24/7, highly experienced, and supportive of staff.
  • The ICU team is welcoming and values patient-centered care.
