Job Summary:
West Virginia - Operating Room (OR) in Martinsburg. This position involves providing surgical assistance in a busy OR unit, with a focus on various surgical specialties including neuro spine, ortho, vascular, pediatrics, and emergent cases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily daytime/evening hours, with varied start times including 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and shift durations of 8 hours per day for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license, ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association); 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in the operating room specialty, 2-3 previous travel assignments, experience passing the arms in and out for robotic surgery, and proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable with scrub roles; RN candidates will circulate cases, lead charge nurse duties, and be available for call rotations. OR staff is primarily composed of travel workers. Float to outpatient surgery may be required. Shift coverage may include night, holiday, and weekend rotations with a response time of 30 minutes. Scrubs are provided.
• Note: There are no aids or housekeeping staff; techs handle room turnover. The unit operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with coverage extending to nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Start Date: 07/13/2026, no earlier than 07/12/2026 and no later than 07/19/2026.
