• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN performs comprehensive patient assessments within eight hours of admission, participates in patient education and discharge planning, maintains timely and accurate documentation, and supports a safe and team-oriented work environment. The role includes supervising ancillary nursing staff, contributing to unit operations, and engaging in professional development activities.
