Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Traveling Nurse specializing in Mother/Baby Couplet Care located in Burlington, Vermont. This position involves rotating shift schedules with primarily night shifts, demanding a minimum of 36 hours per week. Candidates must bring their nursing license on the first day and possess the required certifications and experience to meet the roles needs.

  • Required Qualifications: Certifications include American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience, relevant experience in large (500+) or teaching facilities, and recent Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years. Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet patient care needs; may rotate to day shifts if needed but primarily night shifts.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must fully explain employment gaps over 90 days and provide complete work history details (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be considered.
  • Disclaimers: Reliable transportation, personal vehicle, or rental vehicle is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
