Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Medical Surgical Float registered nurse (RN) for a position located in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care in an acute care setting on an IMC unit with a strong emphasis on cardiac patient management. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of assignment and should have experience working in a heavy cardiac unit. This is a 12-hour night shift position starting on 07/20/2026, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Details:

• Location: Marshfield, WI
• Position: Telemetry Medical Surgical Float RN
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 48 hours
• Certifications Required: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Education and Experience: RN license, minimum of 1 year of Telemetry, IMC (Intermediate Care), or Stepdown RN experience; at least 1 year of required experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, current BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications, 1 year of Telemetry or IMC/Stepdown RN experience, familiarity with Cerner Electronic Medical Record system, ability to read cardiac monitor strips, and drip experience with medications such as insulin, heparin, nitro, diltiazem, and Lasix.
• Additional Information: Clinicians must specify if they have previously worked for Marshfield, with an end date at least 6 months prior to submission. Staff may float to other Med/Surg floors or units with similar acute care experience. There is no self-scheduling; block scheduling may be arranged but is not guaranteed.
• Floating: Staff may need to float outside the unit, particularly if patient observer needs or other specialty experience is applicable.
