Job Summary:
The organization is seeking experienced registered nurses (RNs) for a telemetry unit in St. Louis, Missouri. This full-time position involves working night shifts on a high-acuity telemetry unit, providing direct patient care for diverse cardiac and medical conditions. Candidates are required to bring their current RN license on the first day of the assignment. The role offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment utilizing the nursing process to deliver quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Location: St. Louis, Missouri
- Position: RN Telemetry Unit
- Shift: Nights, 1900-0730
- Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, with weekly guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 (must be indicated on submission form)
- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- Required Qualifications: Current RN License (meets criteria for licensure in Missouri or licensed in Missouri), BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA only, 1 year of cardiac telemetry experience, reading telemetry, working with CHF, chest pain, renal, hemodialysis patients, amio and Cardizem drips, central lines (HD catheters, ports, PICCs).
- Additional Information: This is a fast-paced, high-acuity telemetry unit with monitor techs and tele monitors at nurse stations. Utilizes the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Maintains patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability while coordinating with other departments.
