Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse position available in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices. The nurse will supervise staff, support clinical operations, and help maintain competency within the team on a day shift basis.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent, Massachusetts state licensure, at least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience, and the ability to start on 08/24/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with perioperative patient care, certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR), and proficiency in operating room protocols and safety procedures.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
