Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation is needed at a healthcare facility in Wenatchee, Washington. The position involves providing high-quality patient care on a rehabilitation floor, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to all relevant standards. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment and are responsible for maintaining updated certifications.

Job Details:

  • Location: Wenatchee, WA

  • Shift: Days (D/E), 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, from 07:00 to 19:30
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess a Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Candidates must adhere to organization policies, unit standards, and comply with the Washington Nurse Practice Act. May be required to float as a sitter and between facilities in rotation.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care, develop and reassess individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, evaluate discharge needs, document care and responses, perform holistic patient assessments, determine appropriate nursing actions, educate patients and families, delegate tasks, participate in performance improvement, communicate effectively within healthcare teams, and ensure a safe environment.
  • Additional Information: The role requires the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain current knowledge of workflows and evidence-based practices, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
