Description

Job Summary:
A reputable healthcare organization is seeking an Adult Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a facility located in Salem, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will bring their nursing license and relevant experience to provide high-quality psychiatric care on a 30-bed adult mental health unit. This position requires the candidate to work various rotating day shifts and to be flexible for floating assignments.

Job Details:

Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Shift: Day Rotate (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for Day positions; no rotation required for Night positions
Schedule: 36 hours per week maximum, with rotating shifts and floating responsibilities
Required Qualifications: Active Massachusetts RN License, AHA BLS Certification, proficient in using automatic medication dispensing system (Omni Cell), experienced with psychotropic medications and side effects, competent in IV pump use, familiar with diabetic patient care, minimum of 2 years inpatient adult psychiatric experience, experience with electronic medical record (EMR) system EPIC
Additional Information: Floating: Float rotation may be required. Rotating shifts are mandatory for Day positions; Night positions do not require rotation
