Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in operating room circulation, located in Falls Church, Virginia, is being sought for a temporary assignment. The selected candidate will be responsible for circulating in complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases, primarily focusing on scrub and circulate duties. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (must be AHA). Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of recent operating room circulating nurse experience in complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases. Epic electronic medical records access is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification is a plus.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends every other week, with allowances for time off during summer (Labor Day) and winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas).
• Additional Information: Overtime may be necessary. Call is required, with 1-2 calling shifts per week, including 1-2 weekends per 6-week schedule. Floating within scope may be required based on departmental need.
